The project started as part of the Gender Equality Action Plan 2017 - 2020 at the CHESS - Center for Higher Education and Science Studies in July 2017. The continuous support of a project committee consisting of board members and the CHESS management supports the project and ensures its quality.
With this project, CHESS is pursuing one of its objectives of initiating a debate on the relevant topic of university development throughout the university. Building on this, concrete formats will be developed and implemented with the actors involved at the UZH. CHESS formulates organisational models for part-time management in terms of their organisational scope of action.
As part of the Gender Equality Action Plan 2017-2020 it makes a significant contribution to the implementation of the Gender Policy Code of Conduct (VKGP).
